TASTING NOTES:
A beautiful translucent vermilion color. Juicy Bing Cherries with ripe plum undertones, rose petal and hints of star anise on the nose. Bright cherry with red stone fruit, nuance of wild berry, hint of anise, fresh acidity with a long finish.

RECOMMENDED FOOD PAIRING:
Stuffed mushroom with goat cheese and toasted bread crumbs, light pasta dishes, pepperoni pizza, and light spicey dishes.
